Bodie's Dead: A County Supervisor and a Miner

James Perry, a native of Ireland, died on June 9, 1863. He was 63 years old. You can see the "all seeing eye" and the odd fellows emblem. He was a Mono County Supervisor and miner.
The fire of 1892 started in his wife's restaurant. Next, we have William Hick of Cornwall, England. He died on Nov. 24, 1901 at 56 years of age.
Hick died of punctured lung sustained in a mining accident. At the time of his death, he was one of the oldest miners.
